Our cone beam CT scanner is an advanced piece of technology that’s able to capture a 3D model of your entire facial structure. The image then allows our dentists to view your jawbone, sinuses, facial nerves, and other features that allow us to plan important surgical procedures more accurately, like tooth extractions and dental implant placement. The scan takes less than 30 seconds to capture, meaning you won’t have to sit through a lengthy process.

Soft Tissue Laser

Our office is equipped with soft tissue lasers that can help minimize or even eliminate the need for a scalpel or sutures in certain procedures, like periodontal therapy. This device emits a small, concentrated beam of light that’s able to kill harmful oral bacteria on-contact and seamlessly remove severely damaged gum tissue. Because it cauterizes the area on-contact, sutures are typically not necessary, and it’s able to minimize post-operative side-effects like bleeding.

Intraoral Cameras

Intraoral cameras are small, wand-like devices that have cameras at the tips of them, allowing our team to capture live video footage and still images of hard-to-reach areas of the mouth. We can use these during your routine checkups or emergency examinations to provide us an up-close and more detailed view of a troublesome tooth or gum segment to help us diagnose any prevalent problems.
